Health Partner WOD:

For Time: 14 Min Time Cap

80 DB Snatches (30/20)

60 Cal Bike 

Into 

60 Burpees

100 Single Arm DB Hang Clean and Push Jerk (50/arm) (30/20)

 

One Partner will Snatch and One Partner will Bike, Partners can switch whenever but must complete all reps before moving onto the second piece where again One Partner will Burpee and the other will Clean and Jerk 

 

Fitness + Performance Partner WOD:

For Time: 14 Min Time Cap

100 DB Snatches (50/35)

80 Cal Bike 

Into 

80 Parallette Facing Burpees

120 Single Arm DB Hang Clean and Push Jerk (60/side) (50/35)

 

One Partner will Snatch and One Partner will Bike, Partners can switch whenever but must complete all reps before moving onto the second piece where again One Partner will Burpee and the other will Clean and Jerk
