*One less rep than last week, shooting to hit 5-10lbs heavier on each set

Health WOD:

4 Sets: 16 Min Time Cap

12/9 Cal Bike 

– Rest 30 sec

6 Hang Power Clean

4 Shoulder to Overhead

– Rest 1:30

 

*8/6/4 must be unbroken! Athletes get to choose the weights the use but it must be an unbroken complex
