“Deck of Death”

Teams of 4-6

Draw cards from a standard 52 card deck plus 2 jokers. Each card drawn determines which exercise to do and the number of reps. Everyone on the team performs given reps of movement.

 

Suit determines the exercise: 

Hearts = Push-Ups

Diamonds= Sit Ups

Clubs= Burpees

Spades= American KB Swings (H: 35/23, F: 53/35, P: 70/53)

Joker = 400 Meter Run

 

*Card value determines the number of reps (Face cards = 10, Aces = 11)
