Single Arm Overhead DB Lunge (H: 35/25lbs F: 50/35lbs, P: 70/50lbs)

Lateral Burpee Over DB (H: Regular Burpees) 

 

The goal here is completing the work sub 6:00 on each section, preferably closer to sub 5:00 on the first 2 sections.
