1 Clean Pull + 1 Power Clean + 1 Above the Knee Hang Power Clean 

 

– Reset between the clean pull but hang onto the bar after the power clean going into the above the knee hang power clean

– targeting 5-10lbs heavier than last week 

 

Fitness + Performance:
