AMRAP of Cindy

 

*1 person on rower at all times. 

*1 person working at a time on Cindy. 

 

Workout finished when the row is complete. Score= Time and Total Round+Reps. 

 

Cindy = 5 Push Ups , 10 Pull Ups, 15 Air Squats 

*Modify with rings rows & hands elevated push ups.
