100 Elevated Push Ups 

* One Person Rows / One Person Completes Leg Raises 

* Rower can not be started until partner is on the bar and rower can only be working while leg raises are being completed 

* One Person Bikes / One Person Completes Push Ups

* Rower can not be started until partner is in plank position and rower can only be working while Push Up  are being completed 

 

Fitness + Performance Partner WOD:

200 Cal Row

150 TTB

– Rest 4 Min 

200 Cal Bike 

150 HSPU

* One Person Rows / One Person Completes TTB

* Rower can not be started until partner is on the bar and rower can only be working while toes to bar are being completed 

* One Person Bikes / One Person Completes HSPU

* Rower can not be started until partner is on the Wall and rower can only be working while HSPU are being completed
